Gli appartamenti sono stati di recente arredati . Entrambi sono climatizzati, sono dotati di  accesso a internet WIFI, televisore satellitare,DVD,frigo ,microonde, biancheria,lavatrice asse da stiro e quantaltro possa essere necessario a una vacanza con tutti i conforts.

Nel costo della locazione sono compresi i consumi di acqua, elettricità e utilizzo biancheria   -  Costo della pulizia finale e lavanderia  € 50,00.

E’ richiesto un acconto a conferma della prenotazione e una caparra da corrispondere all’arrivo assieme al saldo. Pagamenti accettati: contanti,bonifico, Paypal.

 Le coût de la location est inclusif de eau, electricité et utilisations des linges -  Coût du nettoyage finale et buanderie,  € 50,00.

Der appartementen zijn recent gemeubileerd.  Ze zijn beiden uitgerust met airconditioning, , draadloze internet verbinding, satellitare TV, ijskast , magnetron, linnegoed, wasmachine, strijkplank en alles wat men nodig heeft om een comfortabele vakantie door te brengen.

In de huurprijs zijn zowel elektriciteit, water en tevens het gebruik van beddegoed en handdoeken  inbegrepen. De onkosten voor eindschoonmaak en het wassen van het linnengoed  zijn Euro 50,00

Op het moment van het bespreken wordt een voorschot gevraagd, en bij aankomst een  borgsom en het saldo. Manieren van betaling: bankoverschrijving, contant, Paypal

Soleminis dista 15 Km dall’aereoporto di Cagliari/Elmas, ottimamente collegato con tutta l’europa.Verificate le connessioni su www.sogaer.it

Se noleggiate un’auto raggiungete Soleminis in 20 minuti.

Se utilizzate i mezzi pubblici, prendete l’autobus per Cagliari, recatevi in Piazza Repubblica e da li prendete la metro per Moserrato - Soleminis.

Soleminis is 15 Km from Cagliari-Elmas airport, well connected with all Europe. Check the connections on www.sogaer.it
If you rent a car you can reach Soleminis in 20 minutes.
If you use public transportation, take the bus to Cagliari, head over to Republic Square and from there take the metro to Moserrato - Soleminis.
